Incredible - Photofun’s First 30 Days
I am delighted to share with you the performance of www.Photofun.com since the launch of our online photo service on March 15th in the USA.
We have had a great response to the announcement and start-up of our photo-service in the USA, resulting in over 20,000 visitors to the site over the last 30 days; thousands of them becoming members, uploading photos and placing orders.
Photofun produced and shipped tens of thousands of FREE 4×6 photo prints through our “Get 50 FREE 4×6 prints when you sign up” campaign, along with hundreds of orders for other of our photo-products, such as:
• Pure Photo Albums
• Luxe Photo Albums
• Pocket Photo Albums
• Zap Photo Books
• Zippy Photo Books
• Photo Posters
• Photo Canvas
• Personalized Business Cards
As with most “Start-ups” there have been a few glitches, however, we have worked hard to quickly resolve them.
The one issue we have not been able to resolve has been our delivery time for photos – our expectation was that we would be able to print and ship the photo-print orders within five working days. However, we found in reality that it takes us up to seven days to ship.
We are putting a plan together to bring the “order-to-ship” cycle for photo-prints down to a maximum of three working days; so that our customers receive their photo-print orders in around five working days (including shipping)!
